One of my worst experiences as a customer and certainly a reason to avoid Marriott in the future.

Good location. Descent room

The stuff wasnt trying to be helpful. They consistently tried to charge me extra money. They even requested a down payment of 50 euros per person per day for a hotel without mini bars. I booked and paid for high floor rooms and we stayed at the lowest floor because they didnt have other rooms in the same floor even though they knew about our booking as a family. I specifically requested early checking and they didnt have rooms ready until 15:00. Overall a very bad experience unlike what I would expect from a Marriott property.
