Superb

Well positioned for Xmas markets and the downtown

Very well positioned, superb view from rooftop over the city, minibar open at least to me, the UVA air disinfection in the elevators,

Everything fine, if I've to mention something to improve is the earlier check out, it deactivates the room key, it can be improved maybe adding a trigger to the software to don't deactivate it.

The food in the restaurant

The staff at the reception were extremely rude to each other, while nice to guests The staff in the restaurant was more interested in talking about experiences in California than leaving us to our own conversations (Read the room!) The room looked like it was a re-modeled bordello. Really - shower in the middle of the room next to the oversized TV?? Black stains on the carpet? A suitcase stand that didn't even fit in the (IKEA) closet? Although this place had a fresh coat of paint, it reminded me of rooms I could barely afford when I was a student visiting the Uni in the FFM, having to stay near the red-light zone near the translation. Come on... Really

Lovely hotel, great location but no bar!

Room was lovely. Bathrobes and slippers were a nice touch. Very nice shower and bathroom. Coffee machine was great too.

No bar in the hotel available to guests ;-( Would feel this is a should be a given with any hotel. No advance notice of bar being unavailable to guests.

Disappointing

The location and theme of the hotel was perfect!

The service from staff wasn't great, took 35 mins to get the order for drinks for breakfast, then 25 mins to get the coffee. Asked to see if they could help find a taxi they told me to look outside

Clean hotel and convenient location, but not recommended for dog owners

Very convenient location with quick access to the surrounding city center and the Christmas markets. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean.

The hotel charged the highest dog fee (25EUR/night) that I have ever paid despite bringing my dog to over 12 countries and 100 hotels. The rooms are very small, so the fee is hardly justified based on the alleged "extra cleaning" and the hotel is not dog friendly - they do not provide anything for your dog and they won't even set aside a table for breakfast but instead force you to take one elevator downstairs, walk across the building to the next set of elevators, go to the breakfast room and try to squeeze your food onto a plate so that you can repeat the entire process to get back to your room to have breakfast with your dog. The staff did not even volunteer to help me carry anything. Also, we were not given the room that we booked, which was supposed to feature a city view and instead we looked into the courtyard and just faced the opposite side of the hotel and other hotel rooms.

Excellent location and friendly staff, but disappointed by the lack of daily room service!

Excellent location in the center of town and friendly staff!

Execllent location and friendly staff. I stayed over the weekend from Saturday to Sunday. On Sunday they did not clean the room, make the beds nor refill coffee no water! Apparently, they only provide room service every second day. I can request it, if I would have read the fine print o a flyer. I am the customer so I expect someone to tell me when I check in. I did not like the fact that, If I am staying at a Hotel then full service should be provided every day! If not what is the difference to an AirBnB?
