Stayed for two nights only, so keep it in mind. Mixed feelings - the best description of the stay. 1. Very friendly stuff - nice, smilling and very helpful people 2. Great view - realy breathtaking 3. Drinks were ok, especially those after 5.30 PM - but it depends on a bartender - one of them, the oldest, really don't know what he's doing. My husband received a pina colada which was cola based and sour (?) He is really nice though, so maybe some proper training for the guy? He really tries! 4. Self-pressed orange juice for breakfast. Really nice! 5. Our bathroom has both a shower and bath 6. Plenty of sunbeds 7. Calm, silent, great for relax (but if you like animations and loud music - not a place for you)

1. Small variety of food. Was fine itself, but I would expect more from 5* 2. Some problems with bathroom - e.x.our shower didn't have a magnet to keep the doors closed. So after every shower the floor was soaking wet. Small issue but irritating. 3. Worst of the worst!!! Our bed has a bed bugs! My husband was bitten many times during a last night of stay. We didn't tell it to the stuff because at first we thought it was mosquito bite, but unfortunately not. I konw the're tough to fight little bas*ards, but cmmon - 5 stars! 4. If you have a problem with staris/walking/have a small child - not recommended - lot of staris and levels. Not a problem for me but still worth to know. For 2 nights near Rethymno was fine. But I would be pi**ed if I pay for 7 nights and regular price.

We stayed at the angel villa . The place was perfect The all included was in the main building The food was ok but more like 2-3 stars hotel The stuff were excellent The view and atmosphere were amazing I would suggest the hotel to disconnect the villa from the food facility than the rate would be 10 A car is a must

Very pretty mountain view & gorgeous village, perfect for a couple who want comfort and to relax

Just came back from 5 days at the hotel where we got engaged during the holiday. My partner and I really enjoyed the comfort of the bed and size of the bedroom, all the hotel facilities were tidy and clean. The hotel reception and restaurant have an incredilbe view and the staff were very friendly so check-in and out was very easy and quick. The food was all good quality except the ice cream, lovely fish options, really tasty pastry desserts and a variety of drinks.

The buffet lunch and dinner was very similar every night which we were only there for 5 days and was beginning to get boring. The activities like pool should be free, the table tennis had a 5 euro deposit but we didn't have cash so was hard to play and the tennis equipment was very battered and ruined. Also it was end of September but the pool was very cold. 1 bar for drinks I imagine gets very busy during peak times, thankfully not while we were there.

Beautiful view of the mountains (Unfortunately, you can't see the sea from the hotel)

The hotel is far from being a 5-star, even by Crete standards (I'd rather call it an average 4-star). Mediocre food and services. To make matters worse, our accommodation was not properly cleaned and there was noisy construction going on next to us (which apparently will take a while). The road uphill is dangerously narrow, and novice drivers are advised not to attempt it.

First we had the room when you enter from the corridor full of exhaust from the boiler room leaking in corridor and it enter in rooms. They told us in the corridor only the smell. When we went in the room after some time we all felt sick with a big headace. When we went out to the front garden and we went inside again we noticed that there is the smell inside.i went to the reception first they told me we don't have another room and then when I told them I'm not going to stay in that room they told me ok we have another one. They sent us down the hill , when we arrived we noticed that there is a smell of drainage. You need to come up the hill and go down all time , it's not with the hotel facilities. it's not acceptable for a 5 star hotel. Food always the same no choice .

A small diamond in Bali Rethymnon.

Nice location. Everyone was super nice. Starting from the owner Mr. Michalis, The front desk crew Nikos and Dimitris and Yiannis the driver. I left Regina last cause she was phenomenal. Her demeanor and polite attitude was above and beyond. Good rooms. Excellent food and plenty of choices and the wait stuff at the restaurant and bar all were fantastic. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Kirk from USA.

I only stayed there for 3 nights. I wish I had stayed more.
