Would stay again

Staff helpful and friendly. The bar and dining area was comfortable, the food good and the service excellent.

The shower room seemed to have been recently refitted, and there was some unfinished paintwork. The radiatior wasn't working, the window shutters wouldn't shut properly so it was a bit drafty. However, staff checked the radiator and adjusted the towel rail to provide adequate heat. Breakfast - there was no help yourself continental, choices were made from the menu and served to the table. Toast and juice wasn't served automatically, but happily given on request.

We were meeting a dear friend for her 90 th birthday, the staff were excellent

I loved the traditional style of the Hotel

Fantastic place to stay.

Large spacious room. All needed facilities provided

Room was not twin as requested but staff sorted the problem effectively

Disappointing

Lovely place and staff just need to change their pillows.

Room and bathroom were lovely. Heated towel rail was a lovely touch.

The pillows were very uncomfortable and I ended up with severe neck pain from one overnight stay. Still waiting for return of an item of jewellery left behind in the room.
