Superb

Worth choice

The place was very good for the price. Great location, close to the metro station, restaurants and shops. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very good

Clean and comfortable

The location is perfect! A bit side from the city noise but the walk to metro station is about 700m. The premium room was very comfortable with modern interior and lighting. The room has nice amount of closet space and hangers. The breakfast was relatively good - you get your own coffee jug, so you don't have to run to get more.

I would change the bathtub to a normal shower. Shower curtains are always a bit nasty.

Disappointing

Very disappointing

Staff was very kind and helpful. Comfortable bed.

Breakfast was bare bone, no variation other than boiled eggs, bread, salami, cheese and some distasteful cereals. Room 102 facilities were horrible. Every furniture is old, the bathroom is old, the hairdryer looks like its from 1997. The bathroom looks dirty even when it is clean. The internet is slow and most of the times not even present in the room.

A great place to stay in Vienna, easy to reach.

Located in an area close to the center (3 metro stations), easy to reach, close to metro station (3 minutes by foot) or bus (in front of the hotel). Are not so attractive but safe. Rooms are recently renovated and very big, comfortable bed and cozy. Breakfast on a wide range of products, tasty food with plenty of types of food and fruits to suit every need.

Coffee not so good. Wi fi in the room didn't work, I could not connect my laptop.

Very good

The night receptionist was very helpful. Treated all the guests with respect.

On my arrival, the receptionist was a bit rude. I was told that they didn't have a double room. But later I found out that they could have given me a double room. It would be great if I had a kettle and instant coffee to make my own Caff in the evening. I ended up buying from the hotel.
