The Fairfield Inn & Suites in Reno Sparks is highly recommended by guests. The general manager, Sheryl, received praise for her excellent service and welcoming attitude. The rooms are clean and comfo (Read More)rtable, with separate living rooms and TVs. The location is conveniently close to the freeway and shopping areas. Some guests mentioned small bed sizes and limited food options, but overall the staff is friendly and attentive. The hotel has improved since previous visits and offers a good breakfast.

Breakfast was great. Rooms were nice and clean.

Sofa bed took up most of the room. Sofa bed was a little uncomfortable.

Not coming back.

The employees were very friendly!!

Other than the the employees, the room was basic, the bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom fan was obnoxious, the breakfast was awful, there was no flavored creamer for morning coffee, the downstairs ice machine was broken, we got in late after a concert and there was only parking spots in the very rear of the hotel (in the dark) where there wasnt any entry doors, my key didnt work on the side doors, and there was phone charges on both sides of the bed.

Ice machine worked fast. But only on second floor.

The check in went strange. I think they charged my card the full amount separately from my prepay with booking com. It was off by a few cents from each other. I'll need to call tomorrow with the bank to confirm.

Good hotel

Close to the freeway. Its a Marriott so you know its pretty trustworthy. Pretty good bed and pillows.

Older hotel but was still expensive. Air conditioner didnt work the best. Shower needs to be updated. Front desk employee wasnt very friendly!

When I checked in there no reservation on file. Withat this location MASSIVE help from Larry, my reservation was found under my first name instead last name. Larry is a very excellent example of why we stay at this location!

Birthday weekend

The breakfast was good.

Upon check-in, the room was not ready. Short staff. The pool was closed, and that was the downfall my daughter was really looking forward to it. could have said something online. The bed had hair, and it squeaked, and it was so worn outit hurt my back. The sink in the bathroom, well, the water took a long time to go down. I really thought it would be a really nice hotel for the money we paid but nope. I'm not impressed at all.

Location

Looked dated. Air conditioning very loud and difficult to sleep with it on Housekeeping schedule varied on who you spoke to. When we checked in we were told it would be every other day but then after room was not cleaned when expected were told we had to request cleaning
