Bad

They were overbooked and put me in another hotel.(Springhill Phoenix). However in that other hotel they charged my credit card for an extra nigth after my departure even if everything was covered by a payment through booking.com Never get the money back

The driver was awesome and the front desk staff was great.

The fact that the morning driver didn't drop me off at my gate tge way he was supposed to. Then being threatened to be thrown out if I didn't pay for the second night by Noon. I have never had to pay till the end of my stay through booking.com. I was not the only person this guy did this too. All other staff was great and I understand his position but he could have handled this completely differently.
