Passable

It was OK but we stayed at better places in the area before

Location is close to town

Expected more for the price. Facility needs to be updated (door doesn't lock until slammed really hard, ect...). Breakfast was simple with microwavable frozen food.

Very good

Great value for a place to stay in Leavenworth in the winter.

The pool was wonderful. Very warm so the kids could swim for longer than at other places we have stayed. I also loved how there were life vests to use while at the pool.

The bag breakfast wasnt very exciting. Wish it had more offerings.

I would've asked for my money back if I knew what I was really getting into.

It wasn't to far from town.

What they call the continental breakfast was like a 4th graders bagged lunch. Parking is horrible. There is no changing room for pool and it is a huge inconvenience to use unless your room is right by it. I will not be staying there again.

Great location, cheap uncomfortable stay

Free morning breakfast was good.

The beds were uncomfortable, no cleaning service during our stay, there was one front office staff who was very rude Everytime we came in contact with her. Seemed like she didn't want to help anyone. Unsure why she bothered working there if she seems to hate it so much. We did complain about her to other staff, who didn't seem to care.

Beware- Old, Dirty, Horrible place to stay

Old. Dirty, no water stream in shower, lights flickering on and off, whole in curtains, no housekeeping and previous occupants coffee left in coffee maker. Left early

Ive requested a refund. Lights in room kept going off, room wasnt cleaned and previous occupants left used coffee in pot, water in shower not working, hole in curtains
