Nice rooms, good location

I really like the location. Close to the Hard Rock Casino or sky train. Rooms were clean and beds are comfortable.

The Taphouse pub below which is a night club at night is pretty noisy. We were on the 9th floor and it was still in full swing at 2 am. One thing I was not happy about, we wanted to have a drink at the bar and we were told they werent taking anymore walk-ins. There were only 2 people at the bar. Not very good for paying hotel customers. Breakfast buffet in the morning we went to, the items were almost empty and there was no staff to be seen, so we left. Found a great hole in the wall next door called Jimmys Place.

Very good

Quality facility with good amenities

Good location for our 50th high school reunion. Rooms were generally well-appointed and the mattresses were comfortable. All-in-all a great stay.

Would have appreciated a small fridge in the room, but we were able to get ice from the ice machine instead to keep some items chilled.

Excellent location service and staff!

Location was outstanding close to trains/buses less than an hour to Grandville Island! Staff were very nice and service was prompt. We had a view of the city skyline and walkable to breakfast, coffee etc.... although there is a nice restaurant in the hotel. Parking was easy and monitored. We would definitely stay again.

A few age related upgrades needed in bathroom.

Not perfect but overall good

Great location, good facility nice room comfortable beds.

Bathroom had not been cleaned well, body hair all over floor around toilet wasn't impressed, tv channels glitched out all time on HD channels. Manager was very attentive listening to concerns and offered to help instantly was good to hear, offered discount, great service.

Overall a pleasant stay which was value for the money we paid.

Good size and well maintained room. Good view of the city. Very nice toilet and hot water.

No microwave (was there in all other hotels). Beds / mattresses were too soft and hurt my neck. No or very limited veg / vegan food in the kitchen / restaurant below.

Initially I liked the look of the hotel it looked expensive, well taken of.

Our room had cracks everywhere on the ceiling as if someone kicked it. Our room had water damage . Hair in the tub and on the floor. It was sold out so we couldn't change our room. I mentioned several times verbally and in writing how special of an occasion it was and asked for just a room with a great view. Um hardly , we were placed right over the bar so I could hear that all night Friday. The cost of the room for all the cracks and damage is horrible. I mentioned it first night thinking maybe they'd take 25 off a night or something, in addition to noting down my complaints.. so we were not over charged. Nothing was taken down. No type of make it right , nothing so I wouldn't be staying there ever again nor recommending this place. I should have went with my first choice. Also the tubes are hard to get in and out of. A clear description should be given. My husband is 6.2 has a bad knee and struggled. I'm 5.9 and I struggled.
