Poor

A very expensive bed for the night with no shower working

Shower did not work and very long queue at reception desk to make a complaint about the shower Not answer the phone, just rang out. Only one person at the front desk at a busy time in the morning when everyone was checking out. We were delayed trying to check out. Made a complaint re the shower and the manager did not ring me back. Very poor service overall

NYE weekend trip

The breakfast was very large with a lot of choice, I was only missing some more choices of yoghurt. The hotel is conveniently located close to many tourist attractions like the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias. You can just walk there via the Gulliver park which is completely free of any traffic.

The room had some defects: some lights were not working, the parquet floor was very worn out with multiple loose planks which started sliding when walking on them. Some detailing seemed to have been done in a very hasty manner like the woodwork on a door frame which had just been forced in as well as a roster at the bath which was was in its frame in a crooked manner. All in all some minor stuff but I expect more from a room which normally sells at 250 euros per night.

Great!

Bed was the most comfortable bed i ever slept in my life, haha! So big! I missed my husband during the night as he was so far away, hahahahaha! Charlotte upgraded our room, thank you!!!! The location was great. We stayed 1 night and were able to see "5 top things to see." We didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment. The hotel has complimentary things like toothbrush and toothpaste and slippers - very convenient. Parking was included in price, so this was a bonus. View from room 1008 was great. Recommend the stay!

You could hear people in the rooms below and above. That's the only minus.

A basic stay

Room was basic and clean but noisy. We could hear the guest above our room, slide furniture and drop things on the floor which woke us up at 1,30 am. Breakfast was plentiful, but a nightmare as there were too many people queuing. Coffee got cold as did the eggs . Although a good deletion of foods, the breakfast experience wasnt great.

Breakfast got cold. Queues for the coffee and food meant coordinating food wasnt a good experience. I had emailed and messaged the hotel about parking and never received a response. Luckily enough we found parking I. The street.

Big Rooms

Superb hotel, Room was very big, near and clean. Breakfast had so many variety. Room service was fast. Location of the hotel is excellent. Science and art museum is on 2 minutes walking distance. We enjoyed alot.
