The Eurostars Acte�n is a highly recommended hotel with spacious, clean and well-decorated rooms, luxurious bathrooms, and friendly and helpful staff. Guests appreciated the extensive breakfast and f (Read More)ound the hotel to be excellent value for the price. The only negative aspect mentioned was noise from the street and neighboring rooms. The hotel is conveniently located near main sights and bus stops, and some rooms offer views of seagulls. Overall, guests loved the cleanliness, friendliness, and quietness of the hotel.

Disappointing

Did not like it unfortunately...

Very friendly staff that changed my unbelievably poor room to a better one and supply me a kettle (tea bags, cups and spoons you can buy in the near supermarket). The second room was very spaceful and warm with a very big bathroom. The location is near supermarkets and 15 min walk from Arts and Science Center.

Let's say this hotel needs very deep renovation. The first room I've got looked like a student's dormitory - very cold, tiny, old shabby furniture and walls, scratched floor, broken tiles in the bathroom and one hard, cold, scratched chair. I've understood that I can't stay there, even for 2 nights and asked for another room. The second one was very old like the first one, but this time was big, warm and had a one armchair. So it was much nicer, even with the view to the parking. The breakfast was not so tasty to me, I had a feeling that the quality of food was not so fresh. And the final accord was when I used the elevator and it suddenly stopped and opened the door BETWEEN the floors (it was a little bit scaring experience, but I pressed the floor button again and it get me to my floor eventually, so don't panick). Summarizing the info above - I didn't like it. In my opinion it's not 4 stars hotel.

Room HVAC control were not functional. Some of the TV channels didn't work, the bathroom sink drain slowly.

Very good

very good value for the money

The room and bathroom are spacious and clean, The bed was comfortable. The wifi was excellent. I also liked the dinners at the restaurant for both quality and quantity.

Kind and helpful staff, clean rooms, sheets changed daily, its short walk away from the Museum od the Art and Science, and the Oceanografic.

Bar in the hotel is not open after breakfast, so if you skip breakfast you do not have where to drink coffee

We loved our stay at Eurostars Acten in Valencia. Big room and lots to see and do around town.

This was the largest room we stayed in on our Spain visit. Big bed, really nice shower, lots of room for desk work and our luggage. Enjoyed the cathedral and beaches.

Valencia is a bigger city and we were a bit far from old town centre and from beaches. But once we learned the bus routes we were able to travel to both places easily.
