Cabin like feel but good room to spread out.

Great views; quiet area

The kitchen needs a good deep cleaning. The cleaning crew doesnt pay much attention to the details like the creamer basket.

location and very clean. Our unit had a sliding front door.It would be nice if it had a screen on it. But not sure it would be possible considering it has different type of lock on the exterior

Locaion is close to Estes Park downtown. So it's easy to reach with 5 mins ride to there. If you want to see a lake view, also not bad at all.

We reached to them for an extraordinary issue before we go there. They weren't kind so this is 1st negative point. The shower gel dispenser was empty. If they cleaned our room, it isn't hard to check it. I noticed when I decided to have a shower. So it wasn't a good experience. They marked parking areas by the buildings. But some of the big vehicle owners blocked the parking area with horizontal parking and nobody did anything about that. There was 3-4 cars for upper level but it was also hard to find a parking spot. Last but not least, people were smoking in front of the rooms at the balcony. So if you want to sit in front of your room and watch lake, you may hit by smoke. There is many different options to stay, I won't prefer this property again.

This place was great, it could use some updating in the beds & some overall Sheetrock/water repair in the ceilin

The location was great, and the views were amazing. The room was spacious.

The beds are horrible, and if you stay here, request an upstairs room. We had someone above us that was running around until 2am every night & that mixed with the bed ment we did not sleep at all the whole weekend.

Extraordinary place in the heart of Estes Park; the perfect stop for Rocky Mountain adventures!

Truly exceeded expectations. Perfect location. Lovely small business feel. Will be recommending and staying again.

(Please do NOT post this b/c truly amazing stay, and only leaving the criticism in hopes of business improving if possibleI know small businesses have their unique struggles!) Boyfriend does not have best back, so the bed could use an upgrade for support and comfort.. then we could even stay for when our trip is highly Hiking focused

Superb

The location was perfect to downtown estes, around 5 mins away. The room that I got has a kitchen which makes it convenient for us to cook. It was cozy with nice good views of the town. They even have, DVD's that we can borrow to watch old movies, and because I'm an old soul. If felt nostalgic and I loved it. For our next visit, I would still stay here

Since most of the rooms have kitchens, I just wished they also provided dishwashing soaps. But overall, My stay was worthwhile
