Poor service at the end of the day.

I have stayed at seaside sanctuary vayKZN before and we were impressed. This time it was not up to standard. No one attempted to send us a message nor took the time to greed us at the premises. The place was not cleaned. There was a dead bird on the veranda, and I have pictures of it. No tea or coffee. It is so sad. What tops it all is I am battling to get my deposit back and excuse after excuse form Alandra. I have asked bookings.com to help. So, lets see how quick my deposit will be paid back. It is now 8 working days and no deposit. Do yourself the favor dont stay here.

An experience, but no repetition because of the combination of sleeping and bathroom.

Nice view from the apartment to the Indian ocean. Stylish interior.

Bathroom and toilet in a sleeping room - no! And some bulbs were burned out.

Too much admin for one night stay.

Location was lovely. Right on the beachfront.

When we got the the garage to collect keys, they were not there. Apartment was not cleaned when we eventually contacted staff to gain entry. Cleaning staff stayed 2 hours into our time at the apartment when we were supposed to check in at 2pm. The ground floor leading to the lift was flooded and we had to get out shoes wet everytime we needed to get out of the apartment. There was a fee of R350 per pet even though the app says it is pet friendly with no grass or astroturf for the dogs. Geyser extremely small and no hot water after one person showering for 5 minutes. There was a R3000 deposit which is supposed to be paid back, on top of the R3100 for the nights actual fee, so ended up paying double the amount I was expecting to just for one night.

Great location right next to the beach, theres a spar nearby in case you need something. The apartment is beautiful and very clean. Outstanding service. .

Nothing. Absolutely nothing. Everything was great. Host gave me a call after booking and gave me clear instructions. Was really helpful.
