The Embassy Suites Saint Louis - Downtown is highly recommended by guests. The rooms are nice with great views of historic buildings. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the h (Read More)otel is close to the Dome. The breakfast is phenomenal and the staff is excellent, providing upgrades and friendly service. However, the adjacent burger place has slow service and mediocre food. The valet and front desk staff are praised, but the happy hour service is understaffed. Overall, it is a good place to stay with a great location.

Very good
People were kind, offered suggestions for meals, and fixed any issues immediately. They have an evening reception with snacks and drinks daily. The pizza was pretty good for eating at the hotel.
The room on the 5th floor was hot, so we had to turn the AC on. We could hear people outside on the street and in the hallway.

This hotel reminds me of a motel in North County not a Hilton branded hotel
The location is convenient
In the room here was a used washcloth hanging up , a "happy birthday" balloon, goldfish crackers on the floor, stains on bedding, stains on the actual mattress, cushions from pull out couch, severely chipped/ discolored chair and various locations on the floor. My family was so uncomfortable with the accommodations we left after only 7 hours of being there. To include there were children running & screaming along the hallways late at night.
