Gorgeous city views

The view of the river and the Cincinnati skyline are incredible. I was not prepared for how great the location is. The breakfast was wonderful. The price was fantastic. The staff was nice. The lobby is beautiful. I would stay here again.

The pool area was in pretty rough shape for an Embassy Suites. This is the 4th or 5th Embassy Suites I've been to and the first one where I was very unimpressed with the pool. Our room smelled very musty/moldy. The wall in the bathroom looked like there was water damage.

I think the bar should have been open after Bengals night games! Many fans wanted a bite to eat or just a drink. I know the lobby sold beer, but if the bar had been open it would have made the experience better

Not happy. Disappointed. We wont be staying there again.

The location was good. We would have liked a room overlooking the River for the price.

The room smelled musty and the mattress on the pull out sofa had what looked like blood on it.

The room was okay. Breakfast was great.

The staff were incredibly friendly. The breakfast was outstanding both mornings.

When we confirmed the booking, we were told we would be on a higher floor River view room and on the same floor since it was our wedding night and my parents were taking our daughter for the night. This ended up not being the case. We were given a room on the third floor. We were also told nothing was going on at the hotel yet we walked into a convention going on. The hotel was very very busy. Our room had a smell to it and was left unlocked when we initially entered. I didnt need a key to enter. Secondly, this room was going to be used for my bridesmaids to get ready in with me the morning of my wedding on Saturday 10/14/23. Our mirror light in the bathroom never worked and we were told that maintenance could fix it but the entire thing would have to be taken off the wall. It was an inconvenience for my bridal party while getting makeup done. The bathroom had what looked like blood on the bottom of the toilet and only had 1 roll of toilet paper and barely any tissues. I had asked for a crib for my 16 month old daughter but it was never delivered so Im glad I brought a pack and play as a backup. Overall okay stay.
