Its a good location hotel, nice 2 days and 2 nights stay.
Great location and good staff. The Complimentary happy hour is great, many cocktails options and free snacks
The aircon doesnt cool the room due to it is a single function central aircon system. In Dec, it can only run heater. The room is too warm even we open the window (the window cannot be fully opened.

The grounds and reception areas are beautiful. The restaurant and bar had good drinks and food. The decor was nice in the restaurant. The swans and ducks were amazing. Breakfast and nightly reception were excellent. Outside sitting area and garden areas are perfect for lounging and enjoying the scenery. Perfect place for a post breakfast paint date and chill.
The whirlpool was moldy, and the water was lukewarm. In addition, it was not filled to the correct levels, so water was splashing out of the holes. It was a large gaping patch of paint missing in the ceiling with huge black mole spores showing through. The paint around the approximately 12 x 12 hole was hanging and cracked in the ceiling over the pool. The bed was terrible,just terrible. Hard and uncomfortable. My back was in pain for days after I slept on it.

This was our 40th wedding anniversary and it was a big deal for us to get away this past weekend.
The breakfast was very nice. Cook staff was friendly and efficient. We are quite grateful for the friendly staff and manager at the front desk. Thank you for the complementary bottle of champagne from the front desk.
Parking was expensive and not close. The staff forget to come in our room on Monday, 12/04/23 to empty trash, freshen up the room and bring some fresh towels. The kitchen staff for room service did not answer, but were available via front desk staff.

I liked the complimentary cocktail hour and breakfast and the staff that served both.
The room could have been more updated and more sound proof. The employees that were working on the remodel were noisy at an early hour.

We really enjoyed staying at your property
Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful water features with birds. We enjoyed the happy hour in the evening.
It was a bit hard to drive to. Even with gps there are a lot of turns.
