The Embassy Suites by Hilton Jacksonville Baymeadows offers decent accommodations in a great location. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the hotel has some nice amenities including free ha (Read More)ppy hour drinks and snacks, and a delicious hot breakfast with cook to order omelets. Some guests experienced issues with dated and musty rooms, as well as an AC that wasn't working properly, but overall, it was a good stay with clean common areas and good service.

I'm glad we got to spend a relaxing Christmas in a beautiful hotel.

The staff was so nice and helpful. Maintenence was efficient when our toilet tank didn't fill. The room and hotel decorations for Christmas were beautiful. I loved the hot tub and hit breakfast. The balcony was convenient. It was a great holiday stay.

Room and staff excellent. Breakfast was incredible. Staff pleasant and friendly. Room was big and spacious. Definitely would stay again.

Pet friendly so just don't like sharing my room and hotel with dogs

Everything was just great from checking in early; thanks to Jasmine for making it as smooth as possible. To the food, and the complimentary drinks. Everyone was just so nice and helpful.

I can take it or leave it, but it was worth it for a short emergent stay

The lounge/Restaurant and trademark ambiance

Maybe due to location and budget in building and renovation, Rooms were a little bit run of the mill but still nice. I probably would not go out of my way to stay here again. People tend to like the Luxury that places like this are known for. It would be like going to the Westin and having holiday in motif.

Perfect family getaway!

I booked a queen suite for my family of 5 and it was perfect! There were no issues with the room. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean. My daughters loved the heated pool and it was never crowded. The breakfast was amazing with several options to choose from. The made to order omelets were delicious! The staff was very friendly and professional.

There wasnt anything wrong with our stay.
