Fine for what we needed but wont return

Location was good. Breakfast was still being served like it was during Covid which creates a long slow line at peak times

Seems dilapidated. Needs upgrades to rooms and interiors. Bathrooms are tight and shower is small.

Close proximity to airport and cruise terminal

Our closet doors were so dirty I hated to touch them. The bathroom was not as clean as it should be. The whole building was in need of updating. For the money paid it was not up to par.

Very good

Beautiful hotel with amazing indoor and outdoor scenery, but service could be improved.

The hotel is exceptionally beautiful and the room was very spacious and comfortable. It greatly exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and beauty. The pool and outdoor area were very nice.

Breakfast lines were so long that I wasnt able to get breakfast even though I arrived well before closing time. Most of what I wanted was sold out by the time I got food for my kids. The front desk did not answer phone calls at all, and we had to go downstairs in person to ask for bedding for the pull-out bed and then back downstairs again an hour later when it hadnt been brought, because the phone rang indefinitely when we tried to call.

Good

To sum it up my stay was good. It would have been great had I received the accommodations I wanted.

The location of the hotel is very convenient for dining and shopping. The breakfast was amazing, you are given complimentary drinks, and the staff is very friendly.

I requested a room with a King Bed and had to settle for a 2 Queen bed because none of the King rooms were cleaned and available at check in. I was advised that I have to wait until 10pm just to get a King room so I settled.

Expensive for a cheap hotel. Look elsewhere

The location was good, restaurants nearby and shops if you need them.

The hotel is really tired, 1970s tired. Needs a massive remodel. The rooms are funky layouts and the walls are paper thin. We had 3 sinks in our room. 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom, 1 living room. We paid almost $300 for the night and it is not worth it. If you can get the room for $125 a night it would be a good deal. The carpet was stained, badly repaired holes in the wall. They painted everything yellow. Bathroom fan is noisy and the door opens into the bedroom. Strange layout. Offered us complimentary drinks in the bar- everyone in the hotel got a few and it was packed. No place to stand or sit. Drinks were watered down. Considered eating in the sad restaurant but the prices were outrageous for basic food. For a Hilton Property- this lowered the bar.

Good

Was a nice place to stay, but needs to add more value by improving the personal joy.

Swimming pool and hot tub, and location near a food store, and the water taxi, etc.

Poor quality breakfast, and horrible happy hour. I like the Concierge service be there, but thought they should be better informed about the area, etc.

Good

The suite was comfortable and clean. Nice to have a separate seating area with an additional TV. Had everything we needed for a night's stay. Breakfast was good.

The reception was disappointing- plastic glasses and bowls of cut up vegetables for snacks. Hotel very dated.
