Disappointing

Location

All the daily activities for kids and adults were cancelled due to unexplained reasons. The menu in the restaurant was limited, monotonous and repetitive. We asked for a pick up shuttle which didn't come and we had to walk with luggage. It felt like they were waiting for us to leave the resort.

Best holiday ever and happy happy children

Best holiday ever. Lovely hotel complex, lovely staff, clean and good facilities, food lovely, entertainment good, hair dryer good, courtesy buses great, kids loved playing football every day. Really cannot fault anything about this, its been the best Christmas ever for us.

Maybe more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels but they were changed every day (apart from Christmas Day itself) so not really that applicable. Also there was a drying rack which would easily have fitted a full load of washing.

Great place.

Was a beautiful place, confortable beds. Plenty of choice at meal times. Sraff were lovely.

Wifi didn't work. Outside furniture tired and broken. Had a problem with nearly being scammed when booking on Booking.com. Apologies from the hotel, but not from Booking.com. A problem they have to sort. Will book direct nexr time.
