Staff on reception very attentive, just the dusty tierd room let it down
The grounds and building were lovely.
Room tired and very dusty . We was asleep and the window was open and a big lump of dust from picture blew on us. Thick dust on picture frame

Breakfast was good, note dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room however a table was made for us in the bar area. Room was dirty behind bed and skirting boards. Large room and tv however walls are thin
