SPEND AN EXTRA 10 AND GET SOMEWHERE BETTER FOR YOUR HEALTH WITH AIR CONDITIONING

Location was ideal for visiting the centre of Leeds. Central to shops (shopping in Leeds is poor) Lots of bars in and around the the area. Lots of eateries near also.

The room was sparse with nothing in the room whatsoever. By far the biggest issue is the air conditioning. You have a room with no window and air conditioning that doesn't work so you have no air circulation. dare I say this is a little dangerous.

Excellent! Would stay again

Perfect location. Very basic but clean would definitely recommend! Parking 2 min walk with discount from the hotel for over night parking, would stay again.

Nothing major to report, we do didnt have tea and coffee facilities but there was a coffee vending machine.

The room itself looked decent and wa convenient

The front of house was short tempered and had no manners found her a little rude. The bed was reasonably comfortable but made me and my girlfriend ichy the whole night and until we had a wash the next day

The bathroom was nice

The beds were rock hard, the TV didn't work, we had to keep switching it off at the plug to get it to work for two minutes before it happened again, the soap in the shower smelled vile

Help yourself!

The location and reception staff were very helpful and kind. The room was clean when we arrived.

First off all the tap in one of the rooms would splash water out of the sink because of the water pressure every time you used it. The rooms were cramped and the window is not able to even open a tiny bit. We had paid for a late checkout till 1pm. Aroind 10:20 my friend came into my room and when he returned to his room next door he found one of the staff using his phone charger and sat on the bed! The member of staff complained and said we should have checked out but we explained that we had a late checkout time. He went away but then came to our room and knocked around 11. We also explained that we had a late checkout time paid for. Never had this experience before!

Location was very central, the hotel was easy to find, the staff were all very polite and helpful, it was clean, quiet, and perfect for a short stay.

There were only two hangers for either a coat or dress. It would be nice to have a seperate coat hook so if it rains any outdoor clothes are not going to get other clothes wet/damp
