Exceptional

Amazing - cant wait to come back!

We had an amazing stay at Dusit. The staff are exceptional. Each and every person is so accommodating and warm. They genuinely do everything they can to make sure your stay is as optimal as possible. The highlight was definitely the infinity pool and swim up bar - the view is unreal and steps away from the beach. There are also heaps of restaurants and bars walking distance from the hotel. Honestly cannot fault this place at all. We were very sad to leave! Will stay here again next time we visit! There was also a special NYE gala which was a fantastic surprise. The staff did such an amazing job hosting such a fun and entertaining event. We had such a great time!!

Overall a nice place for a few days

good place - would go back

nice medium sized resort on the beach, swim up bar is perfect at sunset. Good place for young couples or groups of friends. More happening than other resorts in the area but quiet after 9.

the grounds are a little tight, not crowded but certainly not spacious. The building is rather dated but it was tastefully renovated.

Perfection location, fabulous rooms, gorgeous surroundings and the very best staff!

The hotel is perfectly situated on a lovely part of the beach. There are no hotels cramped in either side which helps makes the beach feel uncrowded. The infinity pool is gorgeous and overlooks the ocean. The on site bars and restaurants (one of which is an excellent Thai) are great and there are also plenty of options a few minutes walk away on the main road. The rooms are well equipped, spacious and very clean. The dressing gowns, beach bags and flip flops provided are a great touch! We were lucky enough to spend Christmas here - the hotel put on a Christmas Eve gala with an amazing spread of food. The breakfasts are fabulous with a great combination of both local and western options including a different soup or pho each day. This was one of 4 hotels we stayed at in Phu Quoc and was by far our favourite. We stayed briefly at a supposed luxury and opulent resort run by a very well known European brand which we checked out of early to return to the far superior Dusit. The staff here are so friendly and attentive - communication is excellent and you really feel youre receiving a 5* experience. I could go on forever. Thank you so much for a fabulous stay and the very best Christmas!

Beautiful hotel, well be back!

Location, pool/beach, comfortable bed and excellent room service, excellent staff at reception - they even prepared a birthday cake for me at midnight!!! BBQ buffet was delicious and really good value for money.

Restaurant/pool bar staff could be a bit friendlier.

Very good

Overall a it was a nice stay except for a few minor inconveniences.

The staff were very nice. The view of sunset from the pool was beautiful.

The breakfast can be improved. The bathroom door should open inward instead of outward so the water from the door wont drip down to the floor when I open it. The sink didnt drain very well.

Great resort for relaxing

We had a great time at the resort. The room was clean, very spacious and the balcony was overlooking the pool and the sea. The bed was huge and comfortable. Using the pool was great as the sea was filled with tiny slimy creatures (not jellyfish). Although the beach was clean with free sun loungers. The staff at the resort is very very friendly. The location is nice as there are other restaurants and markets in the area. The breakfast was plentiful.

The shower drain was a bit clogged. The staff at the pool bar was kind of slow, at times not even acknowledging that we were there trying to order drinks.

Everything, especially the swimming pool. Beach front location was a bonus and breakfast was great with extensive choice. The room was great too, quite big with a balcony.
