Very poor

A very disappointing experience. We will not be back.

Not much.

We have spent many New Years eves here and enjoyed them greatly. Not this time. We loved being able to enjoy the lounge and restaurant without having to leave the facility. Not this year. Both were closed. On New Years Eve? Should not advertise those amenities if not available. Also, no valet parking available. It was like a ghost town. First room we were in, the tv didnt work. We were moved to another room where we had some thermostat issues. The rooms were not as clean as the past. Very disappointed.

Unpleasant and disappointing for price

The smell of vomit and weed in the parking garage, hair in the sink, no microwave in rooms, barely any lighting, having to run out in the cold weather from the 12th floor with a newborn baby because the fire arms went off, etc

Couldnt. They didnt have our room ready

We arrived at 10 pm and They told us our room was our room wasnt ready and wouldnt be ready until the next day. We only booked for one evening. Staff criticizing GM of hotel for being absent and oblivious. They even encouraged taking things for free without paying.

Needs maintenance

Location. Free parking at meters on adjacent street all weekend. Unfortunately, toilet was clogged one evening, but the next morning I requested it be fixed and it was in perfect working order by the time I had returned in the evening. Bed reasonably comfortable. Two plugs for mobile device chargers, in addition to "regular" electrical oitlet, attached to bedside lamp. Large full length mirror at entrance of room outside of bathroom. Air conditioner in room functioned well. Pool area looks pleasant.. Pretty park across the street with strings of lights in trees!

Maintenance "refresh" needed. Unable to turn deadbolt lock for safety once door was shut, despite trying to adjust door up/down and close it more/less. "Flip" lock for safety worked, but appeared to have been removed/reinstalled multiple times. Both concerns were relayed to front desk upon checkout. Shower door was sliding open during shower. Lightening in bathroom mirror is terrible for makeup application - greenish tint and not bright enough. There is no bathroom fan present.. Trim around doors could use sanding and fresh paint. Breakfast not available early enough on Saturday/Sunday before having to leave to attend work convention. Check-out available on TV, but not intuitive and check-out process at front desk took a touch longer than desired due to waiting for someone to arrive to front desk.
