Despite being close to the (Read More) airport, the rooms were quiet with no noise from planes. The staff were friendly and welcoming, even during early check-out. Superb

Great overnight airport hotel

Very spacious and comfortable room . Ideal for overnight stay before an early flight. Excellent shower and bathroom.

The corridors were excessively and unnecessarily hot. The restaurant food was uninspiring. One of orders was incorrect and the avocado salad was expensive and pretty basic.

Food was excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good with a good selection of cold and hot food.

Stayed here prior to my holiday ( was great) Had a early flight after our holiday so decided to stay over again before our drive home. We arrived at the hotel at about 12.00 (lunch time). I had previously requested a early check in. Due to a early flight. Booked in at reception to be told to wait in bar area and would let us know when rooms were available. A group of people arrived after us and were allocated rooms straight away. I approached reception again to be told they were corporate customers. ( aren't we all customers?? ) They were not accommodating at all. When I eventually got a room @ nearly check in time. I was asked if I required breakfast Obviously hadn't checked my booking to see I had already booked it. We were travelling with another couple who booked a few weeks earlier on a cheap booking site paid half the price I paid. And got allocated a room 1 hour prior to us. When I booked 6 months earlier Rant over On the plus side Jamie in the restaurant was a lovely polite young man ( reception take note)

Wrong room. Ive were in a disabled room with walking in shower. No kids could have a bath

Hotel with a beating heart, warm, welcoming, happy staff..

From the moment we arrived until we left we were treated as if we were the only guests within the hotel by every staff member. Full eye contact, warm smile, professional.The room was lovely, great shower , comfy bed. The hotel bar offered a great food bar menu which was ideal for us as we were flying out super early the next morning, food was delicious. Finally because we would miss breakfast due to early flight we were given chunky oat / chocolate biscuits to have with a cuppa in the morning before leaving, which at 4am is such a welcome treat.

Keep doing what you are doing as I cant and dont have anything negative to write.
