The DoubleTree by Hilton Harrogate Majestic Hotel & Spa offers a beautiful setting within walking distance of Harrogate town centre. Guests praised the friendly staff, delicious food, and spacious ro (Read More)oms. The spa had lovely facilities, but appointments were hard to get on weekends. The hotel held a festive Christmas party with good food, while some guests found the rooms slightly run down. Overall, the hotel received positive reviews for its atmosphere, location, and value for money.

Filthy poor cleaning

Bed comfy, pillows bit to soft for me

Room was Dirty , dirty chairs, dirty windows , dirty walls ,fithy tiled surfaces round Bathroom. Windows , mirror splashes . shaving mirror should of been spotless, No Attention to detail, Carpet had food on it , filthy room Smell of over powering fuel outside window , was told it was kitchen fumes, kitchen fumes would be food smells not fuel , smelt Very Heavy and I Imahi e dangerous. UNACCEPTABLE DIRT more photos.we were moved to different room which was also unclean in area , toothpaste on bathroom mirror, dirty towel rail, Grubby marks on doors. 5 for coffee not even a complimentary biscuit. Spa loungers mold and mildew. Health risk.

Room service was extremely poor. Asked for a veggie Caesar salad and we were sent chicken. This was resolved but the club sandwich was also very poor and not worth the money. Bar staff were not very friendly and cocktails were poor.

This was our 3rd new year at the majestic and as always very enjoyable.

Liked everything the candy cane event was excellent.

There was nothing to dislike.

Pleasant and easy, would stay again and recomend to others

Check in was at 3pm but the staff managed to check us in earlier. The lounge facilities where great with acces to power for charging equipment. The lounge food was was prompt and very tasty

A restful stay in an exceptional hotel with first-class amenities.

Fabulous spa, beautiful decor, comfortable rooms, and incredibly helpful staff and service.

Nothing. The only suggestion I would make is: for rooms to please be cleaned between nights of a customers stay. I requested more teabags so received them, but my bins werent emptied and there were no extra touches without my asking.
