The DoubleTree by Hilton Grand Junction has a great location near the freeway and offers friendly staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with cozy beds and a nice living room area. Parking lot s (Read More)ecurity provides peace of mind, and the heated tub in the room is a fabulous feature. The hotel shuttle service is top-notch, with a friendly driver and convenient pick-up/drop-off options. The hotel offers beautiful views of the mountains and airport, and the restaurant provides good food and service. Overall, a nice place to stay with a few minor issues, such as extra parking fees.

Very good

Comfortable and a great place to stay while on the road

Convenient to the hwy, we were driving to Denver. They also had a restaurant in the hotel which was helpful.

Needs a bit of updating, nothing awful.

Very friendly and accommodating

We had some issues come up with our room but the staff went above and beyond to make it right. They were excellent.

I had an issue with booking.com and the hotel not getting my reservation number. I'm not sure how that can be fixed, I think it might be on the booking.com site.

Excellent Hotel

From start to finish, this hotel exceeded my expectations. After staying at disappointing hotel in St. George Utah, this place was awesome. My grandkids enjoyed the cookies we were given at the front desk! We will definitely stay here on our way home.

Disappointing

Our family could have enjoyed our stay if my wife would not have had to clean floors for our safety.

The Dinner and Breakfast was very good. The food satisfied every individual taste and was very well maintained by the chef/cooks. We would absolutely eat at the restaurant again.

The bathroom and shower was extremely dirty with mildew/mold. in the corners of the shower, grout lines on the floor, along with the grime on the light switches, My wife had to clean the bathroom (i.e., tub/shower corners and grout lines) just so we could use the facilities. Management was helpful and sent housekeeping, who was very friendly, and tried to take care of the issue. However, she was not given adequate cleaning supplies to get rid of mildew/mold from the shower, floor grout, and light switches.
