Guests praised the DoubleTree by Hilton Colorado Springs for its friendly and caring staff, especially housekeeper Mary and shuttle driver Daniel. The rooms were described as spotless and comfortable (Read More), with a large Jacuzzi and clean pool area. The buffet breakfast was delicious and included options to order omelettes or eggs. The restaurant had excellent food and service, with special mention given to waiter Dave and server Kyong/Kim. The hotel was close to the hospital and nearby amenities. Overall, guests highly recommended the hotel for its beautiful facilities and attentive staff.

Overall good.

The hot tub was huge & the indoor pool was good too. However pool seemed a little too cold. The hot tub was very hot and the best part of the hotel. The outdoor sitting was nice. The hotel does not provide free breakfast. Staff was very nice.

The bathroom was not very clean. The pool and our room didnt have a patio.

Was a pretty hotel the bar area and seating looked very up scale!

Didnt have breakfast, there to have surgery in the morning so no food! Check in was a breeze very helpful front desk person!

Superb

Overal I would love to stay here again!

Updated lobby that was very large and Prestons. A great view of the mountains and courtyard.

One of the queen beds was stiff making it uncomfortable to sleep.

The staff was great tried their very best to be acomidating. Where friendly and professional.

The room was the only issue being above the pool the room was hot and humid and we didn't sleep very good. The property manager needs to assess the rooms and make improvements. The door also stuck very bad and the room smelled of the pool. Need better ventilation and a better AC unit.

The room smelled like mildew. The cost of the room was $200 a night and if you wanted breakfast you had to pay for it. The property was very nice but for the cost it would have could have been better. We had dinner at the restaurant. My husband had a steak and potato Souffl no bread no salad nothing else and it was $54. What a ripoff.
