Guests had a fantastic stay at DoubleTree by Hilton in Chester. They enjoyed the warm cookie upon arrival, superb spa and pool facilities, and delicious restaurant offerings. The rooms were comfortab (Read More)le with free tea and coffee. The hotel grounds were stunning and the location was convenient. Some minor issues with food orders and noise from a wedding party were mentioned, but overall, the hotel was highly recommended for a weekend getaway or special events like weddings.

Location good staff friendly

Dirty glasses and cutlery left in room and by door noise from other guests no tv controls both my wife and I are disabled and had to go up and down to reception to deal with it she 5 fractures in her back and fell over the glasses left on the floor by the door

Excellent stay at NY

Spacious room and new year celebrations were excellent. Spa was also good.

I think the staff could be a bit more attentive. It's a little bit corporate.

Overall very pleasant.

We enjoyed the hotel and spa. We appreciated how the restaurant staff were with the nut allergy. Also, we cannot fault enough the help from the staff when we had issues with locking our room and moving us to a new room. Very lovely stay!

There could have been more of a selection from the breakfast menu, which there is compared to other Hilton's.
