The hotel staff, including Danny, Maria, Denise, Erik, Maia, Chef Jorge, and Shawn, were commended for their exceptional customer service. The cleanliness of the rooms and the helpfulness of staff during difficult times were also highlighted. The only negative feedback was regarding the parking lot, which had snow and ice.

We waited a while somebody come to desk to do our check in.
Bathroom was a bit small and my room door was slightly open when I came in. I asked my ex husband to do a walk in first before I came in to the room

Room fine, bathroom small but adequate. Bed comfortable, location easy to access. Staff friendly. Had to move rooms because of heating issues and they comped us a breakfast .
Breakfast was standard lackluster hotel fare. Housekeeping doesn't check in-shower dispensers, have to notify front desk. Otherwise plenty of toiletries.

The bed was comfortable.
The room had a stale odor immediately on entering. We used a mini febreeze can to spray the room. We checked in at 12:15 AM after our concert in Detroit we did not want to address the issue but it definitely appeared the room did not have a fresh smell.
The cost of the stay for the night was a poor value smell, size of the room particularly the bathroom. We were charged 660.45 for the room, while I understand it was a UM Football weekend that was an excessive amount considering it was clearly pointed out to me at check in the price also did not include breakfast.

Very clean facility and room with super comfortable beds. Great on-site restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Loved that! Bathroom was tight but very nice. Plush towels. Nice exercise room!Will stay again
Jackhammer construction, in the pool area was near the room. That was only for one day.. The fridge needs to be defrosted. The freezer was not usable due to ice buildip.

The cost. $400.00 for a night is way overpriced for this type of room.
