Everything bed was mucky on the bottom plates were filthy had to wash them didn't like the bath as it was to easy to spill water cooker mucky

Took us 30 minutes to find the accommodation.

Accommodation was hard to find as the directions sent weren't clear & when we rang the virtual receptionist was foreign and had trouble understanding us. Not the only ones experiencing difficulties with our accommodation others that were booked in also found it frustrating!

Very central place in Whitby. Easy access to the house both in and out. Clean room.

It was cold. The heating wouldnt work properly and towel rail wasnt on so our towels didnt dry.

The location of the property was not far from the town centre

Cold heaters wasnt working had to ring to sort it out and could do with heater in bathroom and a bigger double bed and at this time of year the quilt should be a warmer tog

I would not stay in this property again. I am a regular visitor to Whitby I go to 3 times per year and I am very disappo

The location only

I picked this hotel as it was dog friendly. There was a metal landing and stairs outside the property this was very dangerous my I had to carry him up and down the stairs this put me in danger. Also as the lighting was poor at the bottom of the stairs or should I say no lighting it was raining and made the area very slippery. There was no signs warning of the dangers. The cooker had no time setting on the rings due to the age of the cooker, there was little utensils we was cold. The heating was set at a temperature that was not warming the apartment through enough. The evening we arrived. It was chaos there were people all over trying to find their apartments. Late check-in and early checkout is also poor. I paid 170 for two nights. I will not be staying again

Blue grass Accommodation

The location was great

The place itself was a bit tired. Had a broken window . The stairs were very steep which we had a bit of an accident on them. I slipped on the narrow steps and the dog fell down the stairs backwards because they were steep. I don't mind an accommodation with stairs but not that steep.. ordered and paid for a parking permit, which we never received. Did ring Discovery, but still waiting for info on permit. So I had to go and find parking elsewhere 20 mins walk to park car. Luckily, this was free. Possibly would stay elsewhere in Whitby. Everybody who had booked accommodation through discovery seemed to be having problems find or getting into their accommodation which was near ours. All seemed to be having conversations on phone with representatives. Would not say dog friendly.
