Had a lovely stay as all we needed to do was relax and enjoy the sun. It was great for that.

the pool and the privacy was great.

the electrics looked bad as socket in the bedroom was hanging out of the wall. The light in the bedroom with ensuite had a cable hanging out of it. There was no air conditioning. The cooker kept coming out of the wall when you opened the door. The bathroom with ensuite the jacuzzi tub didnt look clean and the jets didnt work. Also randomly through the night squeaks kept coming from the bathroom from the water tank,

nice house in a lovely silent area with issues that should be solved.

- very easy "checkin" / codebox with keys inside - nice charming house with several terasses / small gardens around the house - clean and perfect pool - kitchen is ok for 4 people but you have to deal with some small issues (pans are old, no big pan, no big cooking pot for pasta) - very silent in the night - Internet / Wlan / speed was perfect - two villages (Valle Lorenzo / La Camella) with supermarkets and restaurants etc. are reachable very quickly (5 minutes with a car). We didn't try it by foot but i think both are reachable in 10-15 minutes.

- the water in the jacuzzi in the master bedroom did not move down the sink. the toilet was unusable for part of our stay. - not a single light of the installed led lights in the garden worked. - the lights in the pool did not work / have been shut off "for security reasons". but this was promised by the offer and i was sad not seeing the pool lights at night when sitting outside. - the way to the beaches is not 10 minutes (by car). In fact you can reach the beaches areas in 10+ minutes but you need to park the car /find a parking place (which could take +10-15 minutes) and then walk to the beach. calculate 30 minutes for reaching a beach in summer time. i could imagine that in other seasons you could reach a beach in 15 minutes. - we could not find any german channels on the SAT / TV. But thanks to good Wlan it was no problem. overall rating: it is a very lovely house but it seems that it has come to age and there is no one there keeping his hand on the small aspects like garden / pool lights / kitchen or the bigger aspects like the sink / jacuzzi problem. On our last two days (of 7) the electricity in the master bedroom did not work. if that would be a house of a friend of mine for a cheap price i would not have any critics. But if i pay about 300.- per day i expect more.

Very relaxing stay, would defiantly return!

It got the sun all day. lovely views. spacious. very private, not over looked.

we spent very nice 2 weeks. the location is excellent. we made daily excursions with our car rental. supermarkets are ne

very good location, quiet neighborhood (except the French couple, who struggled sometimes loudly), we used the pool every day.

some of the kitchen utensils could be renewed, the pans have had their best days, no functional bottle opener, the sun launchers had no cushions, our friendly German neighbors borrowed us two.

Pleasant and well located

It is a large villa with plenty of space.

It was a little tired and dated. The pool wasnt particularly clean and was a bit cloudy. We arrived late and it would have been lovely to have some basic supplies left

The place was clean, the views beautiful and although we did not use the pool it looked good. The main bedroom was large with a comfortable bed. We liked the BBQ. The outdoor space was great.

The whole place needs some tender loving care, it could do with a new kitchen, the curtains were ripped and shabby rug in the lounge, tiles were cracked everywhere, the place just generally needed some attention. We paid a reduced rate so I suppose we should not complain too much, however I do not think I would have been happy to pay the full price.
