Location was great for what we needed.

Ate at the restaurant in the lobby and it wasnt very busy but it took our waitress forever to get drinks, take our order, etc.

Very good

Very nice place and staff along with guests!! Would definitely come back!!!

Hotel is in a perfect spot for walking distance to a lot of places!! very clean and people friendly!!! Like the valet parking

Only issues we didnt like was that there was no microwave and the toilet didnt flash properly had to hold handle down or flush twice!!

I'd like a partial refund.

Location

I had a clog in my sink on night one. I called to have it serviced and the hotel staff arrived right asni was leaving for dinner/an event. When I got back it was late. The bathroom was trashed. A plunger in the sink, sink torn apart and a note that it couldn't be fixed. The sink and toilet were filthy. Dirty towels were everywhere.

The rooms felt really nice and the beds were comfortable. I loved that we had Netflix since I was exhausted and spent a lot of time in the room. The Starbucks drinks were amazing right downstairs and the location was great

The valet counting their tip in front of us. The price of the valet.
