The Deminka Palace is located on a steep uphill, with another set of stairs inside. The heating did not work, but the rooms were nice. The hotel is close to the metro and Wenceslas Square, making it (Read More)convenient for exploring. The pub attached to the hotel provided great and friendly service. The rooms were large, with some traffic noise but not unbearable. The kitchen was not well equipped, and items had to be requested from reception. The location was good, although on a busy road. One guest received an upgraded room and had a fantastic stay.

Superb

Overall a very good choice for a hotel to stay in Prague!

The space was very spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. The location of the hotel was great! It was a good walking distance to Wenceslas Square. My family and I greatly appreciated the gifts of wine and chocolate provided for us in our room. The hotel building was very pretty and the Deminka restaurant was tasty!!

The grout of the bathtub area was a very dirty/moldy looking, the rest of the apartment was clean! The bathtub wall grout needed a deep cleaning with bleach.

Super spacious room, very comfy beds, staff super nice and GREAT location, just a few meters from the National Museum and tram option also within walking distance. And a restaurant just next door.

Historic vibe hotek with good location

We received complimentary processo on arrival. Room was decent size with a good view. Love the entrance to the hotel, historic feel to it and all doors. Shower was spacious with lots of mirrors and enough of hot water. There is a lift and attended storage room. Reception and check in process was smooth.

Bed was very hard with huge pillow. No shower head. Room looked little weird - combination of historic items with unfinished wall paint on 1 side and locked door joining to other room. We had to boil the kettle on floor as cable couldnt reach from table to power point.

Very good

Location was fantastic, only a couple of minutes walk to Wenceslas square. The staff were really friendly and helpful, having a luggage storage room was a huge bonus as well. The room was a very generous size and had lots of storage space. While we were there no problems at all with the heating and it was lovely and warm. There isn't an onside bar but the Deminka restaurant next door is also excellent so ended most evenings in there and for breakfast there are plenty of little cafes nearby - there is a particularly good one a few roads down on a side road

The mattresses were a little hard but ok, our room had a hand held shower over a bath which was fine for us but anyone without good mobility would struggle, not a major issue but would perhaps be good to be able to specify the type of bathroom on booking

Okay for staying but totally overpriced

The location is very central right behind the Museum. The building overall looked historical and impressive. The apartment had everything you need for a stay but not very thoughtful its just basic furnished with some little mistakes

The price is crazy for what you get. Youd expect a special apartment set up for this price. Some lights didnt work at all. Summed up it looked as if the apartment and all its amenities will be overlooked every half a year.

Lovely spot in a great part of town!

The location is great, just a short walk from Wenceslas Square. Staff was all friendly and helpful and they booked a ride for me to the airport and an ABSURDLY early hour, which was much appreciated. And, let's be real, it's pretty darn cool to stay in a former palace!

The room got a little chilly (fixed easily with the heating), and the bed was two smaller beds pushed together. Not a big deal for most folks, but as a tall guy I always like my room to stretch out.
