It was okay overall, but in all honesty, we probably wouldn't stay here again.

The view was beautiful. Watching the sunrise and sunset over the lake was calm and relaxing. The dream suites seemed more quiet and set apart from the busy tourist traffic. I loved that there were no children around and quiet time started at 10 PM. The staff seemed friendly.

The room needs some upgrading...broken toilet paper holder, paint chipping, broken tile on the spa tub, etc. It was a bit too dark for my taste...the whole room was painted dark brown/black. The bed was hard, and I wish there were more pillows. Also, when people are staying for a special occasion (anniversary for example), it might be nice for the staff to go above and beyond versus asking us if we minded taking the garbage to the dumpster. (I understand that the condos and apartments may need to do this, but do the suites really need to empty their own trash?) The spa was closed due to covid according to the website and the pool was closed for a facelift, so there were no extras for us to try.

Was told the room was ready and it wasn't even touched. Window in shower so anyone could see in the bathroom. No room service door handle to request stuff.

Our room was very big and the view was beautiful, along with the private beach.

There were a lot of bugs in our room. I understand its next to a lake and theres going to be some outside, but we spiders in every corner of our room and we found an earwig in our bed.

The bed was horrible very very hard for the price they charge the owner of the condo can get a decent mattress and also a couch the couch was horrible .they definitely need to upgrade their furniture.

Lovely Weekend Getaway

The view from my bed was breathtaking. The rooms we were in were themed so that made it fun. Mine was called the VIP Lounge, I believe. Nice. Large jacuzzi in the room, huge shower, sink, refrigerator, microwave, dishes. Patio, just.nice.

The fitted sheet didn't quite fit the bed so it kept coming up. The chair to the desk was worn but other than that, the room was great.

Not worth the money.

It had it's own beach and outdoor pool right on Lake Delton.

When we arrived at the 1 bedroom condo, there was only one towel, (there were 3 of us) and no toiletries. Also the liquid soap in bathroom and kitchen was watered down. In addition there was a problem with bugs on the ceiling

Love the proprerty views and spacious units but the upkeep of the units needs improvements ASAP!

Property is nice with great views of the lake. Nice beach.

Pool could have been cleaner, you can tell it is cleaned sparingly. 1 bedroom suite with pull out queen bed was a joke. The couch itself was lumpy and sunken in. The pull out bed was creaky and broken. Mattress about 5in wide, stained and lumpy. We opted to sleep on the floor after notifying the front desk. A property manager added a thin mattress pad but the age and state of the bed was and is unacceptable. As a family of 4, 2 guests should not have needed to sleep on the floor.

Beautiful View, Very Clean, Spacious Room, we are going back next summer!

The bed was very comfortable. The room was bigger than we expected. The pictures online dont do it justice, seems bigger in person. The view from our room was amazing, waking up and walking onto balcony each morning was peaceful.

Wish we had another chair for the balcony.
