Lovely hotel, very clean. Good location. Good size room.

The aircon, was very noisey, and it didn't blow any air out, hot or cold. The shower temperature went up and down on its own. The mattress was much too soft, the edges were sloping down.

The Hotel is like back dated, very expensive. For 2 night with car parking paid over 500. Not even tissues in the room

Wen I arrived they said their going to take an extra 50 so we can use it in the bar I dont think they should even ask that , they took 30 aswell for breakfast witch I didnt have

Good location but our check in wasnt ready until 4.15 which ruined our plans and the room was far too hot no air con working heating was stuck on full which made us all feel sick and headache. Room was not very clean. Very disappointed. Stayed here before and its usually nice.

Great hotel, great location, great breakfast.

The room was mazing. Clean and plenty of room to move about. Iron and ironing board was a bonus. Water was always hot from the tap and shower. Location was fantastic, a stone throw from Lime Street train station, Plenty of good bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were very helpful, polite and nothing was to much for them. If I go to Liverpool again, this is the hotel I will be staying in.
