Surprisingly nice hotel.

The desk staff were excellent during the day. They went above and beyond to help us.

We arrived back to the hotel after our concert at Fargodome, just before midnight. We wanted to buy snacks from the little shop next to the check in desk but there was no staff to be found. There were three separate parties needing assistance at the front desk, and it took 10 minutes to find someone to help us.

Superb

good hotel let down by poor staff

spacious and nicely appointed

the response of the staff there was no washing lotion in the room. called twice still no come. waitress at the breakfast place on the second day was horrible. no apology for serving wrong bread. no apology for not providing ketchup. very bad attitude
