The Days Inn in Ruidoso Downs is a wonderful place to stay with polite, customer-oriented staff. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. Despite initially needing a room due to unavailable cabin, the guests were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. The breakfast was excellent. Overall, the reviewers highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Good

The hotel fulfilled it's purpose.

Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Location is right off the highway and close to everything.

The breakfast was disappointing. I like some protein with my breakfast and all that was available was cereal, waffles, and some pastries. The main reason I booked this hotel because it advertised a heated indoor pool and the kids were disappointed when we found out that the pool was unavailable due to remodeling.

Exceptional

We really enjoyed our stay.

We liked the heated pool, the cleanliness, and staff was nice.

The only thing I didn't like was other tenants next to us smoking like crazy and all the smoke coming in to our room...They were smoking outside in front of our door.

Pleasant

Staffs are very friendly. and the Bathroom itself really nice. The breakfast was OK.

The noise you can heard from other guests rooms. The bed were so uncomfortable. We woke up our back were hurting from the mattress. The pool was ok.but the hot tub it's wasn't warm at all.
