Exceptional

A very enjoyable and relaxing stay.

I like everything about the place, the room is clean, very good spread for the buffet breakfast and most importantly, the view is fantastic. We also enjoyed the boat ride at the lake.

Beautiful resort but not impressed with the staff

Property is beautiful but too far

The staff is not very knowledgeable or helpful. The foods / breakfast not so good. Get your own taxi as the hotel charged double for taxis.

Disappointing

The hotel is surrounded by breathtakingly beautiful nature, adorned with an abundance of flowers and trees. The tranquil atmosphere created by the lush surroundings made our stay truly enjoyable. The staff members were exceptionally welcoming and hospitable.

The room's floor was uncomfortably cold, and we noticed some cleanliness issues, including dirt on the window blind. The sink had a persistent flow issue, making it inconvenient to use. Regrettably, the indoor swimming pool had very cold water, and efforts to heat the sauna to the required temperature proved challenging.

Disappointed experience

The place is not under well maintenance, old, smelly. Towels, slippers were dirty. The toilet is unclean. Room structure is like a converted room from other functions into hotel

Very poor

It was terrible! Room is not meant for people!

That its next to the lake

Hotel is so old, they gave us terrible room in the basement or something, very bad room, smelly, old, dark,felt like were in prison. It was very noisy, there was a restaurant right above us, we could hear people walking over us. Even though I saw there was many buildings on hotels territory that were empty, why didnt we get room in one of them. The room that the hotel gave us, you can't put people there at all, because it's only suitable for animals! You should not put people in such rooms!

The resort located near a beautiful Tuyen Lam lakes.

There is no airconditioner in the whole hotel !! Warm in the room during the day . Feel uncomfortable !!! Open windows all days long and sometimes mosquitos get in your rooms.
