Very good

Great location, spacious room for my stay

The King Room that was assigned to us on the first level was spacious for a family of 3. The fact that it had hardwood floors was perfect for our little pet, plus the room was right next to an Exit door so it was so fast and easy to get our pet out for a walk. Warm breakfast was definitely a plus, too!

There was an odor when we first stepped into the room. The room looked clean and in good order, but there was that unpleasant smell that lingered. Turning the fan on in cool mode didn't help, so we ended up buying a fragrance candle to get rid of the smell.

We enjoyed the food, beds, and handicap accessories.

The handicap room was so nice. It had a lounge chair to elevate my legs. The bathroom had sturdy grab bars to help me function getting in and out of the bathtub.

I thought they had a functioning indoor pool. It was under repair . They said I could walk across the parking lot and swim in a different hotels pool. It was a football field away. Too far for me to walk , especially in the winter with a wet suit on. The exercise in the pool is all the exercise I get because of my handicap condition. Too bad I could not do it.

Didnt start out too well, but ended up being a very nice stay!

We liked the price. We were surprised when we were told that I had to show my ID upon check in ( which I didnt have and have never needed on our many trips across the US and all over the world ), but the manager finally waived that for us and even gave us an upgrade. I assume because it was our 50th anniversary.

See above about showing ID. Didnt like that the breakfast started so early.7am would have been much better for us and I think for most people.

Superb

Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was great 2 out of the 3 mornings I stayed. Lots of choices of both hot and cold and fresh fruit too!

The TV was small and out dated. When I walked around the room something would rattle in the tv.

The room was really large. The breakfast buffet was good. It was extremely convenient having free parking in this city centre hotel, all at a very reasonable cost.
