The front desk staff could be more welcoming, but the room at Astor Crowne Plaza was decent, with a comfortable king size bed and clean space. The lack of a refrigerator was inconvenient, but ice and (Read More) an ice machine were available. The hotel's location close to transportation, bars, and restaurants was convenient without any noticeable noise issues. While the rooms had minor flaws, they were clean enough and the staff was nice. The cost of valet parking was justified by the convenient location and compared favorably to public parking costs.
