Horrible and left within 6 hours of arrival

ONLY thing that was nice was the location

We left within 6 hours of checking in due to the issues in BOTH rooms. Tvs didn't work, heat barley worked, and when maintenance came to "check," he was rude and condescending. There was no breakfast included, which was one of the things I looked for when booking, and instead, it was a restaurant. When talking to the front desk about the issues, they didn't care or offer to help anyway. Wasted so much money for not even being able to stay! Plus, I had extra surprise fees to pay after booking through the booking.com site.

NEVER AGAIN AS A IHG MEMBER OR ANY REASON

nothing but entrance way into hotel

1st time here used my IHG Points, (confirmation number 41774168) could not sleep only to discover no mattress pad, promised compensation, received nonewasted pointsgive it another try reserved the deluxe king suitewhen i got there it was a dump, dirty, loud constant heating/air conditioner unit. Disappointing

I didnt wake up happy. I was so uncomfortable from my terrible night and I felt bad for just blurting out to the fron

Convenient next to the highway

The effin heater didnt work at all. Made loud ass noise which lucky it didnt Anger any of the other guests. Then it smelled like it was overheating. So I had to sleep with all my other clothes on and jacket included. I was freezing all through the night.
