Lovely little 1 bedroom cottage, perfect for our needs. Warm and cosy in a beautiful historic building. Great central location.

Excellent Stay & an awesome experience.

Propertys prime location is a major add-on ; with easy access to Wetherspoons/Sainsburys,etc. Facilities at the location were top-notch. We spent the NYE watching fireworks at coventry central right from our bedrooms.

More tissues/hand towels could have been provided.

Wouldn't stay here again unfortunately. Far too expensive for the amount of faults.

Love the history. We had stayed here (number 4) previously for one night so decided to book the whole weekend this time.

The place was filthy! Dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, floors had moody footprints, behind sofa was a lighter and a mouldy puff crisp. Glass ring marks and dust everywhere. Locks on door don't work so had to use the chain and put a chair infront of door at night. Also what looks like an old wet patch on the bedroom rug. Bedding was stained

Great location but elderly and very young should consider their booking carefully as stairs incredibly steep and narrow.

The location was great. A little noise from people walking by but nothing that disturbed us over night. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the furnishings were off a high standard.

The stairs are extremely steep, narrow and difficult, especially for my elderly parents. If Id have taken my mother in law away she wouldnt have been able to get up and down the stairs. No 4 didnt have a bedroom door on the top floor. May not be a problem to some but caused some sleepiness nights in case my mum went that way instead of to the en-suite.

Very nice location and characteristic position. The position nearby the curch was wonderful!

When we arrived in the cottage the heating was turned off and in the house there was 9 degree ...we turned on immediately the heating but the house didn't get enough warm, this was the only problem of the cottage but it was quite disappointing. I suggest to turn on the heating at least at 16 degree before the visitors arrives.

You cant be more central than this in Coventry! You can really feel history in all this cottage, if you close your eyes you can almost think of being in the Middle Ages..

The property was in an excellent location. We loved the history of the house and area. We liked the fact that it had original features but with modern furniture and appliances. The original floors were quirky!

My only complaint was the fact that the draws in the dressing table, in the top floor bedroom were broken. However I can understand how they were broken, as the floor is on a slant and they probably fell over. Also there was only one tea bag and although I made it go four ways by making the tea in the teapot, it would have been nice to have four bags for the four adults on the booking.
