Location is great

Facilities are not up to scratch for the amount paid. No plug in the bath. Not enough plug points and no USB ports

Hotle is of good standard and very well positioned

The location was great and the overall appeal of the hotel was good.

The service from staff especially in the lounge area was poor. The rooms on the bottom floor is not so n ice it looks dark and dingy in the passages and very drafty

Breakfast was great, very friendly staff. Lovley floor manager as it was the second encounter with the staff in just under a month and they remembered us from our last visit.

Very disappointing.

Location

Bathroom needed attention, taps on basin didnt work properly, one not at all. Ground floor room right on the end so not a great sea view and couldnt leave sliding doors open. Either very loud people in rooms next door or people outside the hotel, talking and laughing till late and again the the morning early.
