This Courtyard Fort Myers Cape Coral hotel may not be high-end, but it offers the expected Marriott service. One guest was especially grateful for the helpful staff member who found them a charger. T (Read More)he breakfast bar and Starbucks coffee were recommended, but some rooms had a strong cleaning spray smell. Despite this, the overall stay was satisfactory, and the front desk staff, Kristen and Jose, stood out for their exceptional service.

BUGS CRAWLING EVERYWHERE. MY ROOM WAS CHANGED AND I WAKE UP TO BUGS ON THE BATHROOM FLOOR. NOT SURE IF THEY ARE ANTS OR TERMITES BUT EWWWWWW

I liked the cleanliness and smell of the whole hotel. I also liked the comfortable bed.
I wish they would be more elaborate and let you know that breakfast included is a little brown bag that makes you feel like you are back in school and not able to afford a nice hot lunch. Staying at a 4 star hotel and paying extra for it shouldn't have you feeling belittled. If

Decent stay but would never book here again. Room smelled of slight mold.
Bed was comfortable and good location
Very old building and the room had a slight moldy smell. Elevators were always filthy and the hotel layout was difficult to find rooms.

The bathroom sink, drained too slow & the fridge did not work.. Told the front desk and the sink was never repaired and the fridge was replaced with one that did not work much better.
