The staff are friendly and the rooms, although a bit small, are well-appointed and clean. The bathrooms are spacious and have fluffy towels. The bistro offers delicious food and Starbucks coffee. Superb

Just what we wanted!

The staff was excellent - friendly and accommodating.

They used to have wonderful pillows. This time they were lumpy and overdue for replacement.

Nice room, but too far from entry

Staff was excellent and professional. Room was clean.

My big complaint, the rooms are too far away from the front entry. The hallways are extremely long with very few exits. I had never stayed in a hotel that can take 8mins to exit the front of the hotel to the parking lot. Not sure who designed this as a hotel. You have time to meet new friends walking to your room from the front entryway. Unbelievable too far!!! FYI: My husband and I are in our sixties and in great shape. I can not imagine someone with health challenges trying to navigate the hotel.

Disappointing

Nice rooms, nice front desk, careless housekeeper.

It was easy to find and had a very kind front desk attendant.

The room was filthy, soda bottle on the ground, no trash bags, dirt and hair all over the bathtub. GROSS

Our stay here was pleasant. For the price I feel like it couldve been better.

Property was close to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital where I was having a procedure.

Very far walk to get to our room. Outdated.

Nice staff, super clean and exceptionally relaxing place to stay.

Everything was amazing here! The staff was top notch EVERYONE! So clean and exceptionally comfortable.

The only thing I regret is not staying here sooner.

I loved the location and the balcony facing the poolside.

I did not like that there was only one elevator. I took the steps mostly because it was inconvenient and far from my vehicle.

Checked in at 3 pm and left by 9 am the next day, slept well.

The room was modern and very comfortable. The tv was good. We slept very well.

We had planned to possibly eat breakfast at the hotel restaurant. So I went to the lobby early to get a cup of coffee each for my wife and myself. I was greeted by a hotel staff member that handed me two empty coffee cups, because there were not any cups at the coffee dispenser on the counter where she was. To my disapproval, I was then handed a charge of 8 DOLLARS for two empty cups !!!! I had to dispense the coffee myself, and there were no decent coffee creamers !!!! The coffee was very strong also. FREE COFFEE is customary for guests of any hotel all over the world, so 8 DOLLARS for bad coffee was outrageous. Needless to say we ate our breakfast elsewhere!!!!
