Staff very friendly, great attitude, and very helpful. Very clean. Quiet and comfortable to stay. Good location.
The parking. Hopefully in the near future, the parking can be attached to the hotel. Parking the block away seems like an inconvenience.

Nice hotel clean with nice staff. Prices are outrageous and price gouging.
I like the great customer service and cleanliness and the bar onsite and Starbucks.
I didnt like that my company had a rate and the hotel told me there were no rooms. I went on booking.com and had to pay 280 for a room my company got at 130. I spoke with the clerk and was told she would fix it but my bill was the same. Also its a lot of small fees bed tax city tax state tax ect.

Paid for breakfast and was not told there was no buffet! That was absolutely not worth the money. I wanted options like a normal breakfast and that was not at all what was offered

Overall my stay was pleasant.
My room was very comfortable and I enjoyed the balcony.
I tried to call housekeeping as well as the front desk several times during my stay and no one ever answered.
