Location not that great bus line a little too far an real dark area in the property

It had breakfast taste good

The tube in our room took forever to drain.. front desk staff was not around when needed.. a lot. Look out dated pool was green water..

Good stay for one night.

Good stay and location to New Orlean downtown. Friendly staff. Very simple breakfast. Construction in the building, but not disturbed us. Our room door was closed not from first time, always double check it for locking. Very dirty floors in the room. Room service every day. Very close to dining area. Nice location. We parked our car and drove by Uber to center for $25 one way in 12 min. More comfortable and safely than to park your car in downtown.

Good hotel,

- Beds are good - Breakfast is also good - Rooms are big

- Carpet in the room very dirty - Bathroom is old and not very clean (as some spot can't even be cleaned)

Disappointing

Wasnt the experience I was hoping for

One staff member at the front desk was pleasant and knowledgeable (didnt get her name), the rest wasnt helpful at all.

The last clerk while I was leaving didnt check me out immediately, she proceeded to sleep (very unprofessional) Only got the one pleasant front desk person on the phone for assistance once, the rest of the staff was never at the front desk to answer the phone when I needed something.
