Exceptional

A lovely stay with great staff and facilities

This was an excellent place to stay. The location was close to shopping and the airport, there was even a grocery store and gas station right next door. The staff were super. The front desk people were friendly, helpful, and always available, very professional. It felt quite safe being that people were always around to help. The staff at breakfast worked quickly and efficiently, and kept everything running well. I was as very pleased to have real plates and cutlery instead of plastic, and could see efforts to reduce waste in other ways. The variety of food was unusually large, great quality, the best breakfast Ive had included in our stay. Things were kept clean everywhere, and I noticed the pool and fitness rooms were both in order and being well used. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and our pup enjoyed the king sized bed and room on the floor to play. We even had an issue with some other guests where kids were disruptive and the front desk handled it immediately.

The heating unit didnt have a digital temperature so it was harder to control, but it worked well so there were no issues.

In our travels, that's the best breakfast we've found. That's one of the reasons we returned.

Do all motels have to have such high beds? Hard for me with a bad back to get into them.

Was a quaint place to stay.

Exceptional breakfast. Pancake maker was a pleasant surprise. Spacious room. Adequate bathroom.

Ac/heater blows into curtains, so room is either not warm/cool enough. Toilets are not adequate for senior citizens ( too low).

Good

Decent but not great.

Breakfast was very good. Facility was mostly very clean. Bed was comfortable.

Facility needs to be updated. Parking is not great and is very unsecured being next to a mall. Bathtub drain was very plugged and would fill tub with shower on very quickly. TV was very small.
