Great staff, dirty broken pool.

The front desk staff were all so kind and helpful. The waterslide is always a hit with the kids. The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Free parking is nice. The room was spacious. Breakfast was good.

The hot tub was out of order (which it was also out of order during our stay a year ago) which we were notified about but not given any kind of discount or comp. There were never any towels in the pool area. The waterslide is turned off every day between 5pm-7pm which is right when most people are checking in and kids are excited to get to the pool. The tiles in the pool area were full of scum and the (broken) hot tub was green. There are so many chemicals in the pool that it is hard to be in there for an extended amount of time because your eyes burn. The room was decent but it definitely wasn't the cleanest room I have ever stayed in.

It was decent but not awesome!

The room was large, comfortable, and fairly clean and quiet.

The hot tub was broken, which was disappointing. Had I known this ahead of time, I probably would have canceled the reservation. The pool seemed overcrowded, but it was during school break. There was no one managing the slide. Kids were going 5 at a time, and kids were standing at the bottom of the slide, which seemed dangerous. I didn't notice this the last time we stayed here. My shower was lukewarm at best, then halfway through warmed up. I'm not sure if half the hotel was showing at the same time or what! My 8 yr old daughter noticed the bathroom vent was covered with a thick coat of dust/lint!

The hot tub broke and they called us to let us know incase we wanted to find a different hotel.

Nice staff. Dirty facility.

The staff was great. Kind and helpful.

The facilities are in need of a deep cleaning. I dont expect hotel floors to be great but the carpet in our rooms were disgusting! Rust on door frames. Lights. Not working. Plugins not working. Toothpaste all over the faucet. Tub stained. Pool must never get swept. And the pool itself looks like it needs to be emptied and scrubbed. Im not expecting perfection especially for the price they charge (they charge in the lower end) but I do expect a place where I feel comfortable laying in the bed and walking in the floor and brushing my teeth.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also loved the pool and slide. (Although it would be nice if the slide was open whenever the pool was open instead of certain hours.)

Poor

My daughter's enjoyed the water slide

The vending machine ate my money. I had 2 children with me and they were very excited to go swimming. Our time for swimming was cut short because we were not allowed to check in until after 5pm. I don't feel like I should have been charged for the entire stay when we were not allowed the entire stay.
