Location is good. Staff is nice.

We got down for the breakfast at about 8:50 am (serving ends at 9:30am), pretty much the hot food was gone. No fruit left. I only got some bread and coffee.

Good and Cheap Option in Charlotte, NC

The location is nice and in a quite place. The facility itself is cozy. Breakfast and parking are free.

Internet connection has interrupted many times because of weak network. Hot water system of the room is not working properly (too late to come hot water).

Very unpleasant experience.

Location: Its close to UNC Charlotte University.

The experience was very unpleasant. From day one we never felt welcome. The employees need a lot of more training in customer service, people skills and dress code for a hotel of this class run by Radisson. In addition, the sofa bed at our room was unbearable and the breakfast food not good. We as a family will never book here again!

Decent rooms and good location, but poor breakfast.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, location.

A poor breakfast compared to comparably-rated and -priced hotels: everything is starch, with no protein, i.e., no eggs, no fruit (we had eggs once, and bananas once in the entire week we stayed). Biscuits & gravy, waffles, breads, and oatmeal options don't equal a decent (or healthy) breakfast. I should add that this was despite the hard work of the woman who set out the breakfast most mornings. On the days she was off, the offerings were even fewer, e.g., no regular bread. Management is clearly cutting costs, but at the short-sighted expense of customer satisfaction.
